220.05 DEPOSIT OF INTERIM FUNDS.

The City Manager or his or her designee shall solicit interest rate bids from all eligible institutions desiring to make a bid for deposit of interim funds of the City upon such terms as the City Manager deems in the best interests of the City. Upon receipt of such bids, the City Manager or his or her designee may make the award of interim deposits in accordance with Ohio R.C. 135.09.
