§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 111.01 shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $100 for each violation by him or her committed. Every day any such violation shall occur, shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 111.02 shall, upon conviction thereof be fined any sum not more than $25. Every day such violation shall occur shall constitute a separate offense.

   (D)   Any person or persons, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 111.03 shall be fined in any sum not less than $10, nor more than $25 for each and every day the provisions of this section may be violated.

   (E)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates § 111.04 shall be subject to a civil penalty in a sum not less than the amount of the license which should have been acquired.
