(A) It shall be unlawful for the owner, keeper or possessor of any bowling alley, ring throwing or ball throwing game or any other machine, device or place of any king for sport or games to allow the same to be used for hire or reward without first obtaining a license to do so according to this section.
(B) The license fee for devices described in division (A) above is $1 per day or $10 per year.
