§ 111.01 BILLIARD TABLES (LICENSING REQUIREMENTS).
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, within the town to keep for hire or pay or to exhibit or display for public patronage any pool or billiard table, without first obtaining a license as hereinafter provided for.
   (B)   The price of such license shall be $100 for each table, for each 12-month period, and for the purpose of construing this section the time from January 1, to December 31, each year, both dates inclusive, shall be the 12 months period for licensing, and no license shall be granted for any period of time except as herein specified.
   (C)   Each license so granted shall be granted for a specific table and shall not be transferrable.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for the owner, lessee or possessor of any billiard or pool table used or operated for gain or hire to suffer, allow or permit any person under the age of 18 years, to visit or remain in the room or place in which such tables may be kept or located.
   (E)   No pool or billiard table shall be kept for hire or pay or exhibited or displayed for public patronage in the town within five blocks of any public school.
   (F)   Gambling in any form, by throwing dice for money, playing cards, conducting raffles or other games of chance, is hereby prohibited in any billiard or pool room or at any other business maintained or conducted in the same room.
   (G)   It shall be unlawful to keep open any billiard or pool room within the town or to permit the playing of any game of billiards or pool upon any table therein between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
   (H)   Every license issued hereunder is subject to the right, which is hereby expressly reserved, to revoke the same should licensee violate any of the terms of this section, or directly or indirectly, suffer or permit the display or exhibition of anything as a part of said table or the games played thereon, contrary to law or good morals.
