§ 111.03 EXHIBITIONS/TEMPORARY BUSINESSES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation to exhibit any animal or collection of animals, any circus, museum or any other exhibition or public entertainment for which money is demanded or received, within the corporate limits of said town, or in or upon any boat or other watercraft on the Ohio River in front of said town, until a license so to do has first been obtained according to the provisions of this section; provided, that nothing in this section shall be constructed to include lectures on scientific, historic, benevolent or literary subjects, or to include lectures or entertainments held in the Town Hall or in any of the churches of said town.
   (B)   The price of licenses under this section shall be as follows:
      (1)   For exhibitions as set out in division (A) above exhibited in a public hall, store room, street or other public place, including all exhibitions on boats, per day $10; and
      (2)   Circuses or menagerie, per day $15.
