1060.06 EXECUTION OF CONVEYANCE.

The Director of Public Service, upon the deposit with him of the receipt provided for in Section 1060.05, shall execute to the purchaser such conveyance as may be necessary to carry out the contract of sale. The conveyance shall be recorded in a book kept for that purpose by the Director and such conveyance shall be signed by the Director and the Mayor.
