1032.01 PROHIBITED PLACES.

   No new curb cuts or driveways shall be constructed on:

   (a)   North Park Place;

   (b)   South Park Place;

   (c)   North Second between Church Street and South Park. Place; or

   (d)   North Third between Church Street and South Park Place.

1032.02 ISSUANCE OF PERMITS.

   A permit to construct a driveway approach shall be issued only when it is the joint opinion of both the Director of Public Service and the Director of Public Safety that the new driveway will not create undue safety or traffic problems.
