3-3-7: LICENSE CLASSIFICATIONS AND FEES:
The licenses issued by authority of this chapter shall be divided into the following classes: (Ord., 11-1975; amd. 2010 Code)
   A.   Class A Tavern License: A class A license shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on or off the premises. It shall be unlawful to keep open or permit to be open any place where alcoholic liquor is sold for consumption on the premises between the hours of one o'clock (1:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. Sunday through Saturday; and from six o'clock (6:00) A.M. Sunday through eleven o'clock (11:00) A.M. Sunday; and from one minute after twelve o'clock (12:01) A.M. Monday through one o'clock (1:00) A.M. Monday. Alcoholic beverages shall not be consumed on the premises during prohibited hours. The annual fee for such license shall be nine hundred dollars ($900.00) and shall be paid semiannually on June 30 and December 31 of each year. (Ord., 12-10-2013)
   B.   Class B Tavern License: A class B license shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on or off the premises. It shall be unlawful to keep open or permit to be open any place where alcoholic liquor is sold for consumption on the premises between the hours of eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M., Monday through Friday, and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. the following day; and from eleven fifty nine o'clock (11:59) P.M. on Saturday until six o'clock (6:00) A.M. on the following Monday. Alcoholic beverages shall not be consumed on the premises during prohibited hours. The annual fee for such license shall be seven hundred dollars ($700.00) and shall be paid semiannually on June 30 and December 31 of each year. (Ord., 11-1975; amd. 2010 Code)
   C.   Class D Package License: A class D license shall authorize the sale of alcoholic beverages in the original unopened containers at retail, not to be consumed on the premises sold; provided, that no such original package containing less than one-half (1/2) pint shall be permitted to be sold. It shall be unlawful for the holder of a class D license to sell or offer for sale at retail any alcoholic liquor between the hours of twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. Sunday through Saturday, and from twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight on Saturday until eleven o'clock (11:00) A.M. on Sunday. The annual fee for such license shall be seven hundred dollars ($700.00) and shall be paid semiannually on June 30 and December 31 of each year. (Ord., 10-8-2013)
   D.   Class E Club License: A class E club license shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises of said club; such sales to occur during social events sponsored by said club or events resulting from the leasing of these facilities to other individuals or organizations; provided, however, that no alcoholic beverages shall be sold or consumed at any such event on Sundays. Each such event shall be approved in advance by the liquor commissioner. It shall be unlawful to keep open or permit to be open any club where alcoholic liquor is sold for consumption on the premises between the hours of twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight, Monday through Friday, and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. the following day; and from twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight on Saturday until six o'clock (6:00) A.M. on the following Monday. Alcoholic beverages shall not be consumed on the premises during prohibited hours. The annual fee for such license shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00) and shall be paid semiannually on June 30 and December 31 of each year. All other liquor regulations provided in this chapter shall apply to a club license. (Ord., 6-26-1984; amd. 2010 Code)
   E.   Class F Restaurant License: A class F license shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises. Alcoholic beverages shall be offered for sale only when meals from the restaurant's kitchen are available to the restaurant's patrons. It shall be unlawful to keep open or permit to be open any place where alcoholic liquor is sold for consumption on the premises between the hours of eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M., Monday through Friday, and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. the following day; and from eleven fifty nine o'clock (11:59) P.M. on Saturday until six o'clock (6:00) A.M. on the following Monday.
