2-2-6: OFFICERS:

Officers shall consist of a Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Treasurer, and a Secretary. The Chairman shall preside over meetings. In the absence of the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman shall perform the duties of the Chairman. (Ord. 6272017, 6-27-2017)
