2-1-6: FINALITY OF DECISIONS:

All decisions of the zoning board of appeals, on appeal or upon application for a variation to the zoning regulations, shall in all instances be final administrative determinations and shall be subject to review by a court in the manner provided by applicable Illinois statutes. (Ord., 8-27-1974)
