1-21-4: ABSENCE OF DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS:

If the office of Director of Public Works is vacant, or he or she is unable to perform his or her duties, the Deputy Director of Public Works shall perform these duties on an interim basis until such time as a replacement is made by the Mayor. (Ord. 20-2252020, 2-25-2020)
