The City of Mt. Pulaski adopts by reference the Illinois Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act, Public Act 101-0027 and authorizes the possession, use, and sale of adult-use cannabis within the City of Mt. Pulaski, cultivation center, craft grower, processing organization, infuser organization, dispensing organization or transporting organization, in strict accordance with the Act and current or future zoning restrictions.
