In order to cover the costs of examining plans and other expenses incidental to the approval of a subdivision, the subdivider shall pay the following fees: (1977 Code)
A. Two hundred dollars ($200.00) to the city clerk for submitting the preliminary plan for the subdivision.
B. Ten dollars ($10.00) per lot, with a minimum of ten dollars ($10.00), to the city clerk at the time of recordation of each final plan. (1977 Code; amd. 2010 Code)
C. There shall be no refund of any portion of the above fees once the subdivider has paid said fees to the city clerk. (1977 Code)
