A. School Zones: It shall be unlawful to stop or park any vehicle between eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and four o'clock (4:00) P.M. on the following streets on days when school is in session, or immediately before or during any regularly sponsored school related activity or function:

1. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle in the easternmost parking space on the south side of Cooke Street between Washington Street and Lafayette Street between five o'clock (5:00) P.M. and eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. each day of the week, which said parking space shall be reserved for use by delivery employees of Pizzaman of Mt.
