A. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle for more than seventy two (72) consecutive hours on any street or alley in the city.
B. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle for more than thirty (30) minutes between the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and four o'clock (4:00) P.M. during school days at the Mt. Pulaski High School on the following streets except for residents living adjacent thereto:

C. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on both sides of Washington Street between Cooke Street and Wayne Street between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. on Fridays of each week.
D. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on both the outside and inside perimeter of the streets bounding the Court House Square between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. on Fridays of each week and between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. every day between November 1 and the last day of February of each successive year hereafter.
