Any violation of this chapter shall be penalized in accordance with section 1-4-1, "General Penalty", of this code, except for stage 2 violations which shall be penalized as follows:
First offense: Two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
Second offense: Five hundred dollars ($500.00) plus restriction of water flow until declaration of water emergency has been lifted.
Third offense: Elimination of water service until declaration of water emergency has been lifted. (Ord., 7-24-2012)
