8-3-3: TEMPORARY PERMITS:

Temporary permits may be issued for maintenance of a temporary sign for a short time and not to exceed three (3) weeks, upon payment of a fee of two dollars ($2.00) for each week or fraction thereof that such sign shall be maintained. (1967 Code § 12.303)
