8-1-17: BURNING LEAVES AND RUBBISH1:

It shall be unlawful for any person to burn any leaves, paper, rubbish or other substances upon any of the public streets, sidewalks or alleys in the city. It shall furthermore be unlawful for any person to burn, or allow to continue to burn, said substances from dusk to dawn. (Ord., 8-10-1999; amd. Ord., 1-14-2003)
