A. Prohibited: No garbage or refuse of any kind, with the exception of landscape waste (as posted), may be dumped at the city sewer pond. (Ord., 6-12-2001)
B. Penalty: Any person violating this section shall be subject to a seven hundred fifty dollar ($750.00) fine for the first offense. The penalty shall increase by seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each subsequent violation. (Ord., 6-12-2001; amd. 2010 Code)
