7-2-4: VEHICLES TO BE COVERED; SUNDAY OPERATION PROHIBITED:

Any vehicle used by a scavenger in his business shall be watertight and equipped with airtight covers for such portions as are used for transportation of refuse. It shall be unlawful for any such vehicle to be driven over or through any street in the city during or on a Sunday. (1967 Code § 23.304)
