6-1-9: INTOXICATING BEVERAGES, LIMITATION ON USE:
No regular or probationary member of the police department shall partake of any form of intoxicating beverage during the four (4) hours immediately preceding the commencement of time of active duty. (Ord., 10-25-1977)
