4-4-3: APPLICATION FOR PERMIT:

Applications for such permits shall be made in writing to the clerk. Each application shall state thereon the name of the owner of the premises, the name of the person or corporation constructing the billboard and specifications showing the size, material and manner of construction of the billboard. (1967 Code § 13.603)
