3-3-24: REVOCATION, SUSPENSION OF LICENSE:

The mayor may suspend for not more than thirty (30) days or revoke for cause any liquor dealer's license for any violation of any provision pertaining to the sale of alcoholic liquor, as provided and in the manner provided in 235 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/7-5. (1967 Code § 22.027)
