Sale of food on Sunday outside of the permissible hours of operation of a class A or B liquor license can be done with the application and approval of a permit by the city. The city will require alcohol serving areas to be closed, covered and proper signage posted prohibiting the sale of alcohol on Sunday. (2010 Code)
