1.04.050: CONFLICT OF PROVISIONS; ENFORCEMENT:
The provisions in sections 1.04.010 through 1.04.040 of this chapter, to the extent they conflict with any separate penalty provisions in any ordinance of the county or towns, shall not be enforced. (MC Ord. 57A § 5, 1978)
