1.04.040: SEPARATE OFFENSE:

Any person committing any misdemeanor under any ordinance of Mineral County, or any unincorporated town therein, is guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of any county or town ordinance is committed, continued or permitted by any such person, and he is punishable accordingly. (MC Ord. 57A § 4, 1978)
