8.04.200: APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER:

All existing trailer parks duly licensed as such in Mineral County on the effective date hereof shall be considered as conforming in all respects with the provisions of sections 8.04.090 through 8.04.160 of this chapter, and permits herein provided shall be issued. (MC Ord. 20A § 10(1), 1965)
