Any person or persons, firm, association or corporation violating the provisions of section 7.12.010 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof in any court of competent jurisdiction shall be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), or be imprisoned in the county jail for a term of not exceeding one hundred fifty (150) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
