(A) Convenience establishments of a commercial nature, such as coin-operated laundries, food stores, common storage units, and the like, be permitted in subject to the conditions:
(1) The uses be subordinate to the residential use and character of the park.
(2) The uses present no visible evidence of their commercial character to adjacent .
(3) The uses be designed to serve the needs of park residents only.
(4) The uses be designed to be in harmony with the development, including traffic flow, parking, and the like.

(B) Model units be located in a if they are set up properly as and if they conform to all other standards of this chapter. The standards in divisions (A)(1), (2) and (4), above, also apply to model units.

Each provide a suitable method of solid waste disposal and collection consisting of either private collection from individual or the use of bulk containers (dumpsters). No more than 25% of the spaces in a new or in an expansion to an existing be occupied by , as defined in this chapter. For purposes of determining the percentage of allowed in an expansion, only the units added as a result of the expansion are used in the calculation.

It is specifically noted that the establishment of 2 spaces and/or on a of land is not considered a and the development is not subject to the requirements of this chapter. However, if the development is expanded and results in 3 or more spaces and/or on a of land, the development, including the first 2 spaces and/or units, be considered a as defined by this chapter and be subject to the standards in this chapter. In zoned areas, the development be subject to the applicable standards of this chapter and to the standards of the Town of Mills River Zoning Ordinance. Compliance with the standards of this chapter, and the Zoning Ordinance if applicable, is therefore encouraged if there is any possibility that a will be established. In no case, however, either of the first 2 units be required to be moved in order to achieve compliance with standards of this chapter.

Compliance with the standards of this chapter is therefore encouraged if there is any possibility that a will be established. In no case, however, any of the first 10 units be required to be moved in order to achieve compliance with standards for in this chapter.

ADMINISTRATION
(A) Any , as defined by this chapter, existing on the effective date of this chapter or any subsequent amendment thereto continue to operate without being subject to the requirements of this chapter, unless expansion is proposed (see § 151.081).
(B) existing prior to the effective date of this chapter (“preexisting ”) must have registered with the Henderson County Planning Department before January 1, 2000. Any preexisting which is not registered be subject to the provisions of this chapter. Preexisting registered with the Planning Department be expanded, provided that any such expansion be in accordance with the requirements of this chapter.
(C) A space be considered preexisting if, on the effective date of this chapter, the space:
(1) Contains an occupied ; or
(2) Is defined on the ground by the presence of 2 of the :
(a) A service connection;
(b) A service connection; and
(c) Electric service equipment.
