§ 151.062 UNIT TYPE.
   No more than 25% of the spaces in a new or in an expansion to an existing   be occupied by , as defined in this chapter. For purposes of determining the percentage of allowed in an expansion, only the units added as a result of the expansion are used in the calculation.
