9-1-2: TAMPERING WITH, DAMAGE TO SYSTEM:
It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the combined waterworks and sewerage system of the village. See section 1-4B-1 of this code for fines for violation of this section. (1983 Code § 8-5-12; amd. 2011 Code)
