The rate for garbage service, which is to be collected by the City Clerk/Treasurer, is hereby set forth as follows:
(A) Residential customers (one pickup per week): $14.95 per month;
(B) Business customers (two pickups per week): $35 per month; and
(C) Churches and non-profit organizations subscribing to the service will be charged the business customer rate, unless the church requests in writing to be charged the residential customer rate in which event the church will receive only 1 pickup per week.
(D) A non-profit organization seeking the residential rate is required to provide proof to the city of tax exempt or non-profit status.
