§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates §§ 51.16, 51.18, 51.19 or 51.20 shall, upon conviction, be subjected to a fine of not more than $50. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and is punishable as such hereunder.

   (C)   (1)   Any person who fails to perform the duties required by him or her of the provisions of §§ 51.30 through 51.35 shall be fined $10 for each violation and each day of continuance of any such violation shall constitute a separate offense. However, no fine shall be imposed unless the violation continues to exist after 48 hours' advance notice from the City Clerk/Treasurer.

      (2)   Any person who violates § 51.35 shall be subject to a fine of $25. Each deposit of trash or refuse shall constitute a separate offense.
