   This chapter, formerly titled “B.O.C.A. Abridged Building Code,” and re-enacted in its entirety by Ord. O82-75, passed July 6, 1982, under the title “CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code,” was retitled “OBOA One, Two and Three Family Dwelling Code” upon the adoption of the 1996 edition of such Code by Ord. O98-39, passed April 7, 1998, and again retitled “Ohio Residential Code” upon the adoption of the 1999 edition of such Code by Ord. 2002-33, passed April 2, 2002, and amended by Ord. 2002-91, passed August 6, 2002.
