§ 660.18 MIXING MORTAR ON PAVED STREETS.

(a) No person shall mix mortar of any character for the making of lime, mortar, cement, concrete or plaster upon the surface of any of the paved streets in the City, unless the same is mixed in a watertight mortar box.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
