§ 642.23 PURCHASE FROM MINORS OF SECONDHAND BUILDERS’ AND PLUMBERS’ HARDWARE.

(a) No person shall knowingly purchase or otherwise receive any secondhand grate baskets, locks or other builders’ hardware, electric light fixtures, gas fixtures, plumbing fixtures, bell fixtures, lead or brass water pipes, water meters or any part of such articles from any minor.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
