1313.05 APPROVAL OF DESIGN.

The Chief Building Official shall not issue any building permit for which the application, subject to Section 1133.02, Site Development Plans Required and the review for the conformance to the design guidelines for industrial and commercial areas, has not been approved by the Municipal Planning Commission or as provided in Section 1313.04.
