PARALLEL REFERENCES
§ 73-62. PENALTIES.
   (a)   The following penalties shall be imposed for violations of § 73-61:
      (1)   First offense shall be punishable by a $100.00 civil fine.
      (2)   Second or subsequent offense shall be punishable by a $200.00 civil fine.
   (b)   A violation of this article may be enforced by citation by any law enforcement officer or by any code enforcement officer.
