(a) Violations of this article shall be enforced by the Police Department pursuant to Fla. Stat. Ch. 316 and Fla. Sta. Ch. 320, and applicable provisions of the Town Code.
(b) In addition to enforcement pursuant to subsection (a) above, any person operating a low-speed vehicle without a proper registration or decal issued by the Town shall be fined $100 for the first violation, $ 150 for the second violation and $200 for the third and each subsequent violation.
