For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or required a different meaning.
LOW-SPEED VEHICLE (LSV). Any four-wheeled vehicle whose top speed is greater than 20 miles per hour but not greater than 25 miles per hour, including but not limited to, neighborhood electric vehicles. (See Fla. Stat. § 320.01(41)).
PERMIT/REGISTRATION. The official authorization issued by the Town Police Department pursuant to this article designating that a low-speed vehicle meets the requirements of this Code.
PROHIBITED STREETS. Highway AlA within the jurisdictional limits of the Town south of First Avenue.
STREETS. All paved surfaces (excluding sidewalks) of streets and roads within the jurisdictional limits of the Town that are not prohibited streets.
