It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this chapter. Any person found guilty of violating this chapter shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed 60 days, or by both a fine and imprisonment. Each day upon which such violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
