Minor structures which are pile-supported and are elevated to a height sufficient to permit maintenance of dune-stabilizing vegetation beneath the minor structure may be constructed seaward of the costal setback line; provided that all applicable federal, state (including the State Department of Natural Resources), and Town zoning, building and construction codes and regulations are satisfied.
