§ 4A-232. OTHER FORMS OF DEVELOPMENT; FENCES IN REGULATED FLOODWAYS.
   Fences in regulated floodways that have the potential to block the passage of floodwaters, such as stockade fences and wire mesh fences, must meet the limitations of § 4A-216 of this floodplain management code.
