All applications for building permits requiring plan or other approvals by the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants of the state shall be stamped, sealed or signed by the duly authorized representative of the aforesaid division. All applications for building permits requiring sanitary facilities shall be accompanied by the approval of the County Health Department or the County Utilities Department for sanitary connections.
