§ 4A-2. STRUCTURAL PLANS, INSPECTIONS AND REPORTS FOR BUILDINGS OVER TWO STORIES.
   In accordance with state law, contractor/ engineer requirements apply as follows:
   (1)   All plans for building in excess of two stories or 28 feet in height shall have structural drainage calculations prepared and sealed by a state registered professional engineer. Two copies of signed and sealed structural design calculations and explanatory notes shall be provided with construction drainage upon application for a building permit.
   (2)   Any building in excess of two stories or 28 feet in height shall be inspected by the structural engineer, or his designated representative and a copy of the structural engineer's report filed with the Town building office prior to or coincident with pouring of structural concrete. These inspections should be performed at the same intervals as those of the building official and with the building official present.
   (3)   Once plans are submitted for the purpose of obtaining a building permit, no structural change may be made, either during the permitting or construction process, without the Town receiving and having a record two copies of signed and sealed revised plans; structural calculations shall be submitted if applicable.
