§ 3A-40. SANITARY SEWER CONCURRENCY.
   (a)   The Town shall require all applicants to obtain a Capacity Reservation Certificate from Brevard County Utilities Department prior to issuance of a final development permit approval. The Town shall maintain a copy of this certificate on file.
   (b)   Capacity in the wastewater treatment facility shall be determined by using the adopted minimum level of service standard of 92 gallons per person per day.
