§ 3A-10. ADMINISTRATION.
   This chapter shall be administered by the Town Manager. The Town Manager may develop such administrative rules, forms and/or applications as may be needed to implement the concurrency Ordinance. The Town Manager shall be responsible for maintaining the cumulative record of the level of service allocations permitted under this chapter.
