§ 2A-19. PUBLIC MEETINGS AND RECORDS.
   All meetings of the Local Planning Agency shall be public meetings and all agency records shall be public records. The Local Planning Agency shall encourage public participation. The Local Planning Agency shall conduct all public meetings with published agendas to encourage public participation in the planning process, including consideration of amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and evaluation and appraisal reports. Property owners will be put on notice of public meetings concerning the annual review or proposed changes to the Comprehensive Plan through advertisement in a newspaper of general circulation or through direct mail circulation to real property owners.
