§ 2A-16. DESIGNATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY.
   Pursuant to, and in accordance with § 163.3174, Fla. Stat., the Planning and Zoning Board is hereby designated and established as the Local Planning Agency for the incorporated territory of the Town.
