PARALLEL REFERENCES
§ 1A-6. COUNTY IMPACT FEES.
   No impact fee for emergency services facilities expansion, including but not limited to fire and ambulance emergency response, shall be collected within the jurisdictional limits of the Town. Brevard County Ordinance No. 89-02, as amended from time to time, shall not be effective within the jurisdictional limits of the Town.
